How to Cooking for diabetics ;

1. Sweet Tea for diabetics, almost every diabetic likes sweet tea.
Boil the water
put a tea bag
put some artificial sweetener derived from sugar
stir until dissolved
waiting for 2 hours
remove the tea bag.

2. Pudding is very delicious for dessert.
Beat 2 cups fat-free milk with (2.1 oz) instant chocolate pudding Chocolate (You can buy some sugar-free products, there is a lot in the market you can find)
Top with 2 slices of bananas and 1 table spoon chopped planter’s walnuts.
Refrigate 15 minutes with 1/2 cup thawed whipped cream.

3. Baked Tilapia is healthy food.
Put olive oil into the pan
Insert the tilapia fillets
Add 2 table spoon of lemon juice or lemon pepper
cover with aluminum foil
input into the oven
bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

4. Virgin coconut oil is good to cooking for diabetics.
You can buy virgin coconut oil at the market or pharmacy.

5. Mix 6 tablespoons reduced fat creamy-style peanut butter with 3 ounces fewer fat cream cheeses, 1/4 cup artificial sweetener derived from sugar, 2 tablespoons fat free plain yogurt and 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, together in a medium-size bowl until well blended.

Stir in the 2 tablespoons chopped roasted peanuts, 4 teaspoons mini semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/4 cup raisins.

Spread the peanut butter mixture inside the 4 small (4 inch) pita breads, halved. Add 1 large banana, thinly sliced and brush the outside of the pockets with the 1 tablespoon melted margarine.

6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray an 8 x 8-inch square cake pan with olive oil spray.
Blend together, in a medium size mixing bowl, 1/3 cup artificial sweetener derived from sugar, 1 cup egg substitute, 2/3 cup skim milk, and 3/4 teaspoon maple flavor.
Tear 8 slices Cinnamon Raisin Bread into 1 to 2-inch pieces. Toss bread and 2 cups peeled apples, thinly sliced into a mixing bowl with other ingredients.
Toss to just coat bread. Pour bread mixture into prepared pan.
Cut 1/4 cup low-fat cream cheese cheese into 8 chunks and place on top of strata.
Blend remaining 1 tablespoon artificial sweetener derived from sugar and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon together. Sprinkle over strata.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until lightly browned and set.
